About Your Instructor

Originally from Melbourne, Jenelle forged her path in human mechanics, earning a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Human Movement and further certifications as a Pilates instructor, sports trainer, and massage therapist.

Intrigued by Integrative Medicine, she pursued a five-year university training, culminating in a Bachelor of Health Science (Osteopathic Studies) and a Master's in Osteopathic Medicine.

Her research project fuelled a keen interest in mental health, trauma, and concussion management, subjects she avidly continues to study.



Dr. Jenelle's deep-rooted fascination with life sciences led her to explore the intricate connections between biology, psychology, and sociology. Currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Mental Health and Neuroscience, Jenelle dreams of unravelling the mysteries of fascial adaptations to stress and trauma.

Beyond conventional healthcare, she integrates science, movement, and philosophy in her practice, emphasizing the impact of childhood experiences, social factors, and lifestyle on overall health.

By intertwining her clinical expertise with an understanding of relationship dynamics, human biomechanics and advancements in neuroscience, she creates a transformative experience beyond mere symptom alleviation.



Dr. Jenelle’s commitment to social progression manifests in her involvement in community initiatives and advocacy for equity and inclusion in the health and wellness industries. Through her work, she endeavours to bridge gaps and empower individuals from all walks of life, ensuring that healthcare is accessible, compassionate, and trauma-informed.
